So i just gonna join the train of newbies asking how to get this to work properly. (sorry for this)
I installed today and try to get it work now for almost 3-4 hours trail n error but not a rly satisfying experience...
Sound is Stuttering weirdly and anymations run asynchronus it feels like the game is running with lower fps than it shows or it is micro lag some how...
My Specs are:
AMD FX-8350 at 4 GHz (Utilisation running at 70% when rpcs3 is running)
16 GB RAM (rpsxc3 only uses 2,5 gb)
MSI GTX 1060 6GB (30% usage with tpsc3)

Your CPU is too weak, at least overclock it, FX8350 at less than 4.5 is a waste of CPU.
Disable framelimiter, Demon's Souls has a 30fps cap inbuilt, if you use RPCS3's framelimiter on-top you're just hurting performance for no reason. Also I would just use "Auto" for the "Preferred SPU threads" option and as i said before use SPU LLVM Recompiler. Turn GPU texture scaling off too. But, as Ani said, a FX8350 is quite weak.

I did as you said and changed the config , still tought no impact . When I spawn outside the Boletarian Palace and look at the gate ,FPS drop to ground. Only here, whole tutorial map was fine without any performance drop. Maybe smth other is wrong. Belowe I past log from that short time session when i load the game in mentioned location:

i OC'd to 4,8 ghz much smoother experience now
but still boletarian palace at avg 25fps and sound bug still happens....
But ive also got a serious question will a i9 9900k perform good with this emulator?
And is it possible to connect to the private online server of demons souls for multiplayer? (even in far future?)

What you posted isn't a log, it's just a bunch of useless errors. You must attach the full log file if you want help. ( RPCS3.log.gz ), best place to ask for assistance is discord though

@TrF Yes, the 9900k will perform very very well with RPCS3. And as far as multiplayer goes well, i wouldn't hold much hope for it especially when the official servers for DeS were taken offline.
There is an unofficial effort being made to bring the servers back, but no idea if it will ever work with RPCS3.
Starting about october, game occasionally crashes and deletes my saves...
