Ingame
Can you please tell me how you got ingame? Because all I get is a loading screen and then a blackscreen that freezes.
I have the same freeze as you but I think he simply removed the fmv folder from his instal because the game crashes when it's supposed to play a video. RCPS3 probably does not handle EA vp6 video format.
I wasnt removing anything and i deleted the game since FNR4 is better.
even tried demo now, no problem, so yeah check your dump..

So you can start the game up without any problem? How?
Fight night champion is way better tho, much better animations and techniques than FNR4.
I tried to launch the game with rev 7221 and no controller attached to the pc. The game launched correctly until title screen.
Then I attached my controller relaunched the game with 7633 and ... black screen.
@Kravicka can you confirm the game starts 100% after multiples boots ?
Could the RPCS3 cache (spu or anything else) may corrupt after updating from each rev ?
Here is my last log with videoplayer 2 error.
reading the log .. access viol 0x0 ..random error but..
dont use thread scheluder nor looping ..its just doing more harm at least to me in every game.

I've tried everything you've mentioned, still the exact same issue. What else did you change?
Good news everybody! 8437 Build, game is playable. 30 stable FPS with SPU threads set to 2, Vulkan, TSX enabled - i7 9700, 8GB ram, RX 470. No audio stutters.
Someone else please test it too and upload their log as mine reached the whooping 9.3 GB with 20 min of playtime.
PS. Since the log is too big to upload I made a Video:
