Increasing the resolution scale to anything above 100% is causing the attached issue with missing graphics on faces and other parts of the character models. I have tried increasing the resolution threshold settings to all options above default but no change. I have also tried using Bilinear and Fidelity FX for the output scaling option. The results are the same. I am using the recommended settings on the wiki page except for the one mentioned on the debug page. Tried setting the frame limit to 60 or auto but no effect. I have tried various other settings as well but the only way I have found to eliminate the issue is to return to a 100% resolution scale. Confirmed the same issue occurs in OpenGL.
Hoping there is some sort of solution here since the resolution scale works in pretty much any other game I have tried such as the Resistance series, Killzone series (with the disable MLAA canary patch enabled), MGS4 and Ratchet and Clank Future trilogy.
