I'm getting really bad stuttering with this game occasionally. It's starts out nice and smooth and then randomly the performance tanks and it feels like it's playing at or below 30 FPS while still showing a constant 60 FPS. Temps are fine and I'm pretty sure my system specs are good enough for this game. It was freezing and crashing to the desktop sometimes with fatal errors. The log file recommended I increase the Driver Wakeup Delay which I did. The crashing stopped but the stuttering continues. I noticed also during the stuttering I loose input on my controller: I go to jump and I end up walking off a cliff, lol. Everything is set as default. I have the framelimit set to 60 but I've tried setting it to auto to no prevail. I've also tested on fresh installs of Windows 10 and 11 as well as linux with the same results.

Win 10
RPCS3 v0.0.28-15409-fd6829f7 Alpha | master
12400f
16GB DDR4
GTX 3060 ti
Nvidia drivers 536.67
2tb NVME 4.0

**UPDATE** (02/18/24) Turns out it was my GPU. I side-graded to a RX 6700 XT for unrelated reasons and noticed the stuttering is gone. Must've been an nVidia thing.
