Move your game manually to /dev_hdd0/disc/ as said in the error.
The quickstart guide explains that disc games must be there.

Use an old build for now: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rpcs3/rp.../artifacts

Or wait for this to be fixed, hopefully this month.

How do I fix this because I have no clue.

Rename file PS3_DISC.SFB.txt to PS3_DISC.SFB

I started out with this issue, solved it, and then got a completely different issue with no solution posted anywhere within my view.

E LDR: Failed to mount disc directory for the disc game BLUS30443

Please help, thank you.

Did you rip a disc or a digital copy?

This game worked surprisingly well for me. Cutscenes stutter a bit, but the gameplay is great. The frame rate does drop a bit when you're in areas with long draw distances, but it's nothing too bad.

I really appreciate the work all you guys out into this emulator. I loved this game back in the day; it was great to play it again.

That's how the game is... You're in soul form until you beat a boss then you're human again and you'll get your footsteps and normal audio back.

*On Intel HD530 graphics*

After updating windows for the recently discovered Intel security flaw I'm getting this error when launching the game:

F {PPU[0x1000005] Thread (HighGraphics) [0x01d4cc70]} MEM: Access violation reading location 0x0

S {PPU[0x1000000] Thread (main_thread) [0x01d3c9ac]} sys_prx: Loaded module: /dev_flash/sys/external/libatxdec.sprx

Strangely it isn't working for me without lighting flickering with Vulkan or crash in the intro video with OpenGL.
Could it be related to Ryzen CPU's, RX Vega graphics cards or AMD FreeSync?
The european version has the same issues for me.
Here you can find my thread I've opened in the support category, for more detail about my issues.
