Averaging around 30 FPS with a GTX 2070, i9-9900K and 64 GB RAM.
The field was not visible for my first dynasty game, but it's been visible since. There are occasionally stadiums where the shadows cover the field and make the end zones not visible.
Game is definitely not playable. It suffers from the black field issue (happens in some EA FIFA and Madden/NCAA games where sometimes the field will be black or partially black. I have a 9900K as well and it is certainly not playable. I average more than 30 FPS though at 4K so not sure why your performance is seemingly worse
my gameplay video for comparison:
This game seems to be playable. A few graphical issues such as players missing facemasks and a slight blur on right half of screen. I am using RPCS3 0.0.6-8206-d6db61c5. Tested using Vulkan and OpenGL and ASMJIT Recompiler.
Attached is the RPCS3 log file, game settings, and game screenshots. The game is playable to the end. However, players are still missing face masks and there is a slight blur on the right half of the screen.
RPCS3 Version: 0.0.6-8322-690cdff0 Alpha
The game continues to be playable without any issues. Graphical issues seem to be fixed outside the face masks still not appearing. There is no more blur on the right half of the screen.

What about this glitch?

Not exactly sure what that is in the video. I have played many games of NCAA Football 14 and not seen that happen.

play a match thats below freezing. here is a pic of what 7 degrees looks like at practice for example. dont know if there is a setting that fixes it [

Finally got mines to play with no issues (gameplay wise) however i have to disable the audio completely for it to run perfect. a small sacrifice for gameplay
I tried playing a game between Michigan and Ohio State in Heavy Snow and below freezing conditions and got similar results. I played around with the settings and it seems to be a little better with the settings posted below. Nevertheless, I was able to play through the game in those weather conditions without any issues.
On a side note, I still can't find any settings to fix the missing face mask issue. Other than the few graphical issues I believe this game can now be moved to the Playable category.
