If playable is that it goes into the actual game, and you can get from A -> Z without too much issues, then that is what this game is at currently. Where as, if playable = perfect, then sure this game is not there yet. It's just that when you look at the majority of games in the "ingame" category, and then you look at this game, it's so much better than the vast majority of them. If you watch any of those videos I linked above it plays great.
Ani moved the psn version to playable so this one can be moved to need a new report just post log and buildname plus a video.
