What is the best configuration to take it to 30 FPS?
Here's the configuration to get the best performance. You'll only need to set Framelimit in GPU tab to 30.
Edit: You have set a strange value of 301% in Resolution Scale. You need to press arrow keys to increase or decrease the value by 1.

301% is set to have 4k upscaling with the recommended resolution at 720p, however it was enough for me to put the framelimit at 30 and is appended.
I have no idea where to put this, but I got some logs from the crash* and non-crash*. Also, SPU-Thread: 1 and Auto both seemingly fix at at random.

I found the solution for the 30 - 60 fps problem.
You will simply have to go to the advanced tab and set vblank frequency to 30 hz then set your frame limiter to 60 fps.the world will constently run at the vblank frequency while the fights will run at wathever framerate you set it.
Maybe a future where we can run the game at 60 fps for the world and 120 for the fights without having the speed up effects
Hey, I don't know if some of you could be interested or not. But I found a way to "fix" the low gamma image without losing contrast or saturating the image in white. All of this with VULKAN.
First and foremost, download this compilation of RESHADE made by "thalixte" over at the discord Reshade group
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/5..._Setup.zip
Oepn it and direct it to the rpcs3.exe file, select Vulkan and it will set it up. Let it download the shader files, although we are only using one of them; Tonemap.
Create an .ini file in the root directory of your emulator and name it "xillia" or whatever. Paste this config. in there and save it. I tried to make it as natural and similar to other Tales games as possible. You can always edit this to your heart's content. I recommend to do it usng the ingame Reshade configurator, accesible using the HOME key on your keyboard.

After that, open the emulator with a new .bat file already created named "rpcs3_with_reshade" whenever you want to play Xillia. Otherwise, it won't work with the regular rpcs3.exe file. Don't play other games when you run the emulator throught the .bat file or they will look weird.
Hey this is a nice one. Can you share your setting of gamma, saturation, etc. I'm difficult to find a good setting here.
There's a fix for the DLCs bug? The game works fine with only 16 DLCs installed, if I add just one more the game stuck after bandai logo.
Playing on RPCS3 latest version.
