Audio now stops stuttering, hissing and popping, but after a while, audio stops completely. Also now get random mem access violations that never used to occur,

I think the game needs to go back to Ingame. Plagued by mem access violations now, slowdowns and some poor framerates. Audio completely stops after a while too.

Playable
Gameplay FPS is stable.  Graphic/Cutscenes are well-rendered.  Sound/Effects are clearly working.  Local MP/Split-screen is working well (audio randomly stop at Splitscreen only).

# Gameplay SP FPS = (29~30)
# Gameplay MP FPS = (29~30)
# Cutscene stable (59~60)
# RPCS3 v0.0.11-10611-acf51f0e Alpha
# Default Setting [Res. Scale= 300% Fullscreen 4K]
# Intel i9-9900K @ 3.60GHz | 32GB RAM | 2070S 8GB Nvidia | NVMe storage (3500MB/2500MB Read/Write).

I've been running through some of the old resident Evil's in RPCS3. completed revelations 1 no issues. 2 however...

Tested on 9700K @ 4.4GHz all cores (AVX offset of 2 for better temps until I watercool) 16GB DDR4 W/cooled GTX 1070 running at a near constant boost @2Ghz

RPCS3 Version: 0.0.14-11590-62cb5324 Alpha
PPU - LLVM
SPU - LLVM/ASMJIT - same results
ADDITIONAL SETTINGS - SPU LOOP DETECTION - ON and OFF - same results
SPU CACHE - ON
TSX - YES and NO - same results
SPU BLOCK SIZE - SAFE
SPU THREADS - AUTO

RENDERER- Vulkan
ASYNC SHADERS

RESOLUTION SCALE 300 (3840x2160) - RESOLUTION SCALE THRESHOLD required. default gives white or pink screen as shown in shots. 256x256 worked, 128x128 hard crashed vulkan.. lower than 256 may work but i've not tested properly yet. looking at models or costumes in menu does not work regardless of what i've tried so far

RESOLUTION SCALE 100 - all renders correctly. no issues as outlined above when scaling
AA - DISABLED

AUDIO Xaudio2

Audio cuts out again,  It happens solo play as well as in the menu upon completing an episode, haven't tried split screen but i'd assume so. Sometime you'll get a  few minutes, othertimes maybe 10-20 minutes before all audio cuts out.

Tested with LLVM and ASMJIT as well as turning spu loop detection on and off. ASMJIT seemed to working ok (aside from the stuttering audio) but eventually is cut out again after 20 minutes or so.

I agree. Audio still stutters.

RPCS3 Version: 0.0.21-13362-c5748983 Alpha

Played over 40min, just beyond when Morai gets the crowbar, without any audio or visual issues.

Defaults - Vulkan, except for 200% res set and 256x256 Resolution Scale threshold. (I'm not even sure the latter is needed anymore)
