Moving to ingame for now, but performance should be a lot higher than what you were getting. you have Disable Vertex Cache: true and Write color buffers: true which wont help with performance either. are these settings really necessary for GoW 2?

Disabling Disable Vertex Cache , it runs good. It's OK moving to Playable . No graphics change without Write Color Buffers .

It's playable with good fps if you have a fast CPU and a gpu that supports vulkan. The PS2 version used an adaptive frame rate so ultimately RPCS3 will be the best place to play it as we move forward.
