Notes
Frame rate is <1fps during FMV playback, and is about 10-20fps with random framerate drops everywhere else. No 3D graphics are rendered, making this unplayable. Sound plays, but constantly stops due to the game running really slowly.

Ingame thanks to kd-11s recent changes.

I was able to finish a race without any freeze and decent performance but the graphical issues make it nearly impossible to see where you're going.
