Tested using rpcs3-v0.0.1-2017-02-17-5e3bacbd_win64 on an i7 4770K @ 3.5 GHz, GTX 1070, 16 GB DDR3 running Windows 10-64 with the following settings:
PPU decoder: Interpreter (fast)
SPU decoder: Recompiler (ASMJIT)
LLE libraries picked automatically by RPCS3
Graphics settings: OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX 12 @ 1280x720 w/ VSync, Frame limit set to Auto
Audio settings: XAudio2
Input/Output: XInput
The game goes ingame using OpenGL and Vulkan with heavily distorted graphics. Vulkan (screenshots #1, 2) overall looks a bit better but runs at 3-4 fps compared to OpenGL's 7-8 fps (screenshots #3, 4). DX12 does a decent job on the menus (screenshot #5) but crashes during the loading screen (screenshot #6).
Audio and FMVs seem to be fine, albeit a bit choppy due to the overall low framerate.
I've attached logs for each of the three different renderers in case it helps.
