RPCS3 v0.0.1-3-46dde3f Pre-Alpha

Settings:
OpenGL
PPU (fast) & SPU (fast)

Load libraries:
    - libresc.prx
    - librtc.prx
    - libspurs_jq.prx
    - libsre.prx

Reaches ingame but FPS count is very low.

Tested with 01ef9ecc

Speed has greatly improved, you can play on stable 60fps with both Recompilers or nearly 60fps on PPU/SPU fast.
It's not fully Playable though as it crashes on Skyscrapers mode and calls Unimplemented cellSysconfAbort on Settings menu.

Settings:
OpenGL / Vulkan
PPU (fast) & SPU (fast)

Language:
English (US)

Load Libraries:
- librtc.prx
