Tested on modded build v0.0.1-8-60bd2fb. Goes ingame with major glitches on OpenGL renderer. Requires minor hack to skip unimplemented functions in cellNetCtl.cpp

replace
Code:
fmt::throw_exception("Unimplemented" HERE);
to
Code:
UNIMPLEMENTED_FUNC(cellNetCtl); return CELL_OK;
