It goes to menu screen (after one resume), but then I can't select anything. Click is heard, but nothing happens.

Try downloading a savegame from the internet (or copy it from your PS3), that will fix that issue. (at least on the EU version, that fixed it for me and raven02)

With master build 4274, Recompiler for PPU and SPU and Vulkan it runs ingame at ~50 FPS it turns well !

Missing commit and log. Numbers like 4274 is AppVeyor stuff, correct number would be the one on the emulator when you compile it yourself, should be something like 5000+.
