Hello,
"The module vulkan-1.dll was incorrectly installed at
'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\vulkan-1.dll''"
I've been getting this error for a while now on this emulator but haven't gotten around to reporting it until now (as it wasn't a priority) but I decided to try to tackle this issue.
I'm using rpcs3-v0.0.32-16626-87f5368d_win64, the latest download of the emulator as of now. I completely deleted the folder of the previous version for a fresh install.
I've already taken troubleshooting measures, first by installing the latest vulkan runtime, but the installed failed due to an error. So, as advised on this forum, I uninstalled my NVIDIA Driver with DDU, then I reinstalled the latest NVIDIA Driver (see Note), but I still get the same errors (both with RPCS3 and Vulkan Runetime). I've done the uninstall and reinstall multiple times to no avail and this is were we currently are.
Note: I reinstalled the NVIDIA Driver with NVCleanStall each time (installing it directly from NVIDIA causes issues with YouTube videos because of the NVIDIA's Telemetry.)
Hardware:
CPU: 12th Gen Intel® Core i7-12700KF
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Driver version: 32.0.15.5599 (6-1-2024)
System Vulkan loader version: 1.3.275.0
Updated Attachment.
