MGS4: Black Screen after Act 4 briefing.

RPCS3 goes to a PPU loading screen during the in-game loading screen immediately after the cutscene right before Act 4. After that's done it is just a black screen with the fps counter reading 17.8 or so. 
GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: Intel i7-10700K
RAM: 16GiB
GPU Driver version: 535.98
Game ID: BLES00246
