MGS4: Black Screen after Act 4 briefing. - Laogh_Marbh - 06-08-2023
RPCS3 goes to a PPU loading screen during the in-game loading screen immediately after the cutscene right before Act 4. After that's done it is just a black screen with the fps counter reading 17.8 or so.
