I can't find the log so I can't look at it, but it sounds as though you haven't installed any firmware.
If you haven't, then you'll have no libraries, so nothing will happen when you boot games (you'll just have a white screen).
Go download the latest firmware from:
https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/get-he...-software/
Afterwards, in RPCS3, go to File > Install Firmware and locate your UPDATE.PUP file. It will install the firmware.
Then try loading a game.
