Tested on modified build v0.0.1-8-60bd2fb. Shows intros and PSN login screen. After choosing "No" to "PSN login" dialog it shows this odd, practice-like screen. Requires minor hack in cellGameExec.cpp

replace

fmt::throw_exception("Unimplemented" HERE);
to
Code:
UNIMPLEMENTED_FUNC(cellGameExec); return CELL_OK;
