Ban Appeal i don't know why

I don't know what i did wrong. i wasn't warned or anything. i got a ping. so i went to check the server. now the server is no longer there.
only thing i can think of is i asked to be a tester. i got 2 games playable now instead of just in-game.

no where in the rules does that state it's not allowed. it's not even a help thing. i want to help rather than need help.

others stated that what i said was fine i was saying how to buy. while in good faith helping someone out. i asked if it would get me in trouble. they said no. and now i don't see the server.

i think the 2nd is display but not certain. my name is the same so i figured cross reference.

however i didn't know there was a format to follow. sorry about that. i just saw how others did it and followed theirs as a template.

all i said was G2a. that's not piracy. last i checked at least. so to ban willy nilly and make a piracy claim just to get any new comer to prove they don't.

so much for innocent till proven guilty.

i also mentioned amazon. which also isn't piracy.

it's ok. if that's how this community treats new comers. i'd rather not be part of that. i'll give my test results to help compatibility list then i'll be out and on my way.
otherwise, that method of ban to appeal new comers. to me personally is a bit high strung.

yea all i asked was if i'd get in trouble for helping someone find resources. they asked for download i said amazon or g2a. they got banned. i only told them a way to get it legitimately via an indirect answer.
i then asked since they did do i get in trouble as well since i tried to help them?

they said no. you were doing legal they were illegal and wanted to pirate. i then said ok good. yea i wasn't doing it as piracy just telling them a way they can buy stuff.
the next moment i got removed.

you can buy steam keys and put them into steam. thereby "downloading them". still legal. mx vs atv unleashed is on steam. so are many other ps2 games.

so no the claim is not valid. i'd ask where is the proof to the claim or suspicion of piracy? there has to be a suspicion else it wasn't properly invoked.



HENCE my confusion. i don't know what i did wrong. i will not bow to every false accusation since once i do it'll keep happening.

once it's shown that it was properly invoked aka i actually tell someone to do it or how to get it and that method is illegal. then i'll be more than happy to give the proof.

burden of proof is on your hand since you're the one with the claim of suspicion.

BTW i don't mean to be disrespectful. just standing my ground cause i'm sick of being picked on and walked all over. people see me as an easy target.
