RPCS3 is really awesome and as a big motorstorm fan, I instantly tried it to see how it played.

Unfortunately, with the settings I’ve used from other youtubers, my game is 20fps or lower even though I have a I58600K 4.5ghz OC, 1080TI and 16gb ram.

What am I doing wrong?  I will say that when I boot the game, on the RPCS3 screen I can see lines in the log that are red.

MS Pacific is even worse.  Trying just at normal resolution too.  Any help?

None of the games you mentioned are Playable, they're known to not perform well and that's one of they main reasons they're not Playable yet

Have you considered the possibility of the copy of the game you have right now functioning poorly? I've had copies of games I play that would function particularly poorly but switch to the EU disk / US disk vice versa and have better performance.

I presume you also have a clean CPU that isn't being clogged by unnecessary apps running in the background? (In task manager how much of its being used before game is run?)

First video clearly uses i9-9900K at 5GHz with patches. Second video has no CPU reference but probably similar.

Sorry but I don't understand - is the game working or not? Those videos aren't all running on a I9-990K and the emu wouldn't work just b/c of it. I feel like I'm missing something here.

It's not the version of the game either. Any other thoughts?

You not say about what the OS if is windows or Linux.
Not enable Power Profile Power saver use instead use Power Profile Performance.
