CPU: AMD FX 8300 3.3 ghz (4.2 ghz turbo)
GPU: GTX 1050 2GB VRAM
RAM: 8 GB (DDR3)
OS: Windows 10
1 TB HDD
The games I want to run are, for example: Sly 4, The Sly Trilogy, Little Big Planet 1, 2 and 3, Playstation All Stars Battle Royale and maybe others

Not really, the CPU is pretty bad
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

Depends on your budget, but the very minimum I'd recommend would be either R5 3600 at 210€ on the AMD side or i5-9500F at 200€ on the Intel side.

I haven't found a PC with the Ryzen 5 3600, I want to buy a PC that is already built. By the way, I'll search a bit further.

Edit:
I would be happy even with 30 fps smooth and 100% speed.

Prebuilt PCs are garbage, look for a shop that builds custom PC part lists and have them build a decent one for you.

I'm talking about 30fps stable for most games, which is the target of most PS3 games.
If you wanted 60fps on the demanding games you'd have to go for the highest end chips like 8700K or the Zen2 Octa Cores.

Your preference, those stores usually sell both physically and online / through mail.
