The game worked in the past, but I suppose it could have become corrupted. The logfile looks the same on both of my pcs. This happens to be from my laptop.
Edit: I just tried demons souls on my laptop and it's doing the same thing. It works fine on my desktop, though the build might be a from last week.

Hi, I'm having issue on the invalid name, I was not able to change the English input to Japanese, and also unable to copy and paste any Japanese Character.
Please tell if i miss out any setting.

I had disabled the native user interface but the input layout have no changes.

As of the most recent RPCS3 build I am experiencing the invalid name bug again. Ive tried completely wiping the RPCS3 Install Directory and turning off Native UI to no avail. I can copy and paste a Japanese name but I feel this still needs to be addressed as for many, including myself, the option to use an English name is taken away by this bug appearing in some of the more recent builds.
Hi. About the game's bad crackling sound, even at a good framerate, I just noticed that if I press and keep pressing the F12 key, the sound works perfectly at the cost of framerate loss.
¿Why does this happen?

During the first playthrough, in the Junk Heap (revisited), Gideon asks to destroy the big black robot, P-33, who is the boss of this location. During the 2nd half of the battle, when he begins to fly all over, he magically disapears and never returns again (once i waited for 30 mins, he's nowhere to be found).
what should I do from here? the game is claimed playable, and i had my fun up to the "loadable" moment. Btw, if the pre-rendered scene is played for more than 3 seconds, the game stops.

setup: 0.0.5-7109-a545e23b0 Alpha, LLVM\ASMJIT, aut libraries loading, Vulkan. Write color buffers, GPU texture scaling.
Did you manage to find a solution? I encountered the exact same problem, the game won't progress any further.
EDIT: Ok, solved it by simply killing it before it could move on to the next phase
Also I noticed the performance has improved dramatically in the last few builds, I had frequent dips in Seafront before but now it's stable 30fps at 1080p. The eye adaption glitch is also virtually gone. You guys are wizards.

OK, I ran the game with the latest version (mipmap gathering fixed) and holy cow, it looks like a different game. The flickering eye adaptation is fixed completely, all the post processing is restored, it's just perfect emulation across the board. Great job guys.
