I tried everything like suggested "C:\Rcps3\rpcs3.exe" ''C:\Rcps3\dev_hdd0\game\BLES.....\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\EBOOT.BIN" it just runs rpcs3.exe but won't boot the game...
Please help. Been searching for hours and have found no solution yet. Thanks in advance.

The Quickstart Guide specifically indicate that you shouldn't place disc games there. I just ran the command with the same game, and it launched the emulator and automatically booted the game D:\RPCS3\bin>rpcs3.exe "E:\Games\PS3\BLES00932 - Demon's Souls\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\EBOOT.BIN" Maybe you have the "Automatically start games after boot" setting disabled? It's enabled by default though.
