It seems perfectly playable despite minor graphical glitches such as a yellow overlay, and audio stuttering below 60 fps and the cinematics videos are slow.
Unfortunaly, isn't beatable yet, I only manage to get this far:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSREW1-5SMc
Doesn't go beyond that for some strange reason, the emulator doesn't show any errors, just froze the image although cpu usage keep the same and audio keeps running.
On OpenGL go a little tiny bit further than Vulkan, but both crash on this specific part.
Its a pity.

Did you use the same gpu settings as the op listed in the first post?
I got past, as a work around, you have to use interpreter on cpu settings on this part! I used "interpreter (fast)" So I think is beatable, since I saved after getting past, I will try to keep going with LLVM since I think is just this part that have this problem.
Settings used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPS9xRIqVQw
Is possible to get to about 75~80% of the game, but it seems right now isn't beatable since on this specific part, physics don't work right.
On the video I capped to 30 fps to save cpu power, but I did it again with 60 fps, to see if like games as Demon Souls, the fps has anything to do with the physics, but it seems it doesn't because I had the same result, I tried with interpreter too same thing, I tried to use gpu interpreter but is extremely slow and crashes very quickly.
I found and work around, it doesn't solve the physics issue, but allow you to progress on the game without using the mechanism, if someone wants, I can do a video showing it.
The game is beatable, just need an little extra effort to go through the Descent into Violence without using the bull axe. I just finished the game, was very good.
I don't how long it will take before the slow cutscenes get fixed by neko, but if you're reading this and the cutscenes on dantes inferno are still slow, I'm attaching my save data below, with it, you will be able to create a new game with skipable cutscenes.

Audio lag during cutscenes, wrong colors and needing to do a work-around to bypass the Descent Into Violence section... This should stay in the ingame section for now at least.
The game also froze with fatal errors a few times but this might be a recent regression.

I agree with this. The game now crashes for me nera the beginning of the game either during the cutscene after getting into the church or right after it as the ground begins to open up.
All the other things mentioned are also there. I think it should be moved back to ingame.
