Version: RPCS3 0.0.3-3-553f67d Alpha

Use Vulkan!

FPS is around 25-30.

Use Strict Rendering Mode for text.
Use Invalidate Cache Every Frame to fix shadows

Even with Invalidate Cache Every Frame enabled there is still a strange shadow bug on the mountains when there are other players.
It seems like this is caused by other players as it doesn't happen when racing in trial mode.

Tried same version & get random crash Mem: "access violation reading location 0x0" (log below)
-needed to select 1 spu thread or slow fps on i5-6600k 4.6ghz

* kd-11 build rpcs3-v0.0.4-2018-01-30-4f7d3e5d worked pretty good
* kd-11 build rpcs3-v0.0.4-2018-02-02-e7537cde is when the black shadow screen issue starts. (pic attached)

Ladies and Gents,

I would like to add on to this forum. As of now the build that works to play this game on my own experience is version: RPCS3 0.0.15-11893-a3a4c0a9

The link to download it is here: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3-binaries-...9_win64.7z

You can leave all settings as normal but you have to enable settings:
In GPU:
Write Color Buffers
Strict Rendering Mode
In Advanced:
Read Depth Buffers
Write Depth Buffers
Read Color Buffers
**PPU LLVM Accurate Vector NaNs

** I am not too sure what this does but it was enabled on my end. Could be from the most recent update.

I hope this helps!

I would also like to add that there are occasional crashes. And Graphical glitches on some of the ATV decals. I can not find out why but it works well!

RPCS3 Version: 0.0.21-13362-c5748983 Alpha

Regressed?

Default Vulkan settings. Started off strong, looking great....then it froze about 10-15 seconds into the first track. Not sure why this one is marked PLAYABLE. I don't see a corresponding post/log/submission for it that matches the date of playable-approval (2017-09-11)

Anyone play this with recent RPCS3 builds? What are your settings to make it work better? Is the post above mine still the best way to go about it?

change timer to host or all timers.
