Title says it all, if someone knows how to fix Cell Synch Error Busy, boom, we will have another playable game on RPCS3.

Not all errors are errors. Simple as that. They're just there to notify developers about possible issues in certain HLE modules.

Have you tried to LLE cellSync2?
I'll test with that game when possible to see if I can get it booting.

Probably wouldn't help, as cellSync2 has no HLE implementation, so he wouldn't receive any debug output or anything from it.
There's a well-working cellSync HLE implementation though.

Well, there's your problem. You're using his build.
His build is probably less accurate then without his changes. I mean he literally disables PPU opcodes to get game(s) working. It's already noted in reporting guidelines, that you should only report when using the master build. Anyone else's build and it will simply be discarded as useless.
