Who knows how to fix it?
I'd take a blind guess and say you're probably using a somewhat weak processor. In s;g 0 RPCS3 keeps outputting a lot of the same strings in a loop so that could possibly lag you a bit.
Make sure you're not running a lot of other programs that can use up CPU power.
Ultimately, as said above, audio is not the primary focus of the emulator in this stage. I get around 45fps ingame and the audio lags a bit but nothing much imo. It's bearable.
If you want, you can disable logging to the debug console. Might help with the FPS by a bit. The things will still be continue to be logged in the log. heres a thought since I didn't need to modify anything to get passed those scenes should I perhaps submit my logs as basis for comparison for those who have to use a modified version of the game?

I don't know if there are any sub-versions inside that "v1.1"
If so, how can we compare our modules to see if they're different?

I tested with LLE from 4.76 firmware (extracted from the PS3UPDAT file that comes with the game) and 3.55 I think (got it elsewhere).
I own a PS3 but the firmware is probably the latest one so I guess it wouldn't help anyways.

Don't worry, I'll keep trying stuff, if some people can play it, I'll be able to play it too xD
Next up I'll try to install the DirectX SDK, heard it doesn't come with w10 anymore and I recently installed it, saw someone recommending it in the topic of another game.
@Edit: With LLVM it plays the imv008.usm and goes into the game

i had the game run smoothly at 60fps (except video scenes) with the same settings as MrComputerRevo. i re-encoded all usm files to MPEG and it worked.
