Build Testing With DX12 Reserved For Windows 10

Hi vlj, i have a question.

What feature level would graphic card must have (at least) to run dx12 renderer? DX12 api run on today dx11 cards, is a Feature level 11_0 enough, or must be at least 12_0 ? more here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feature_le...n_Direct3D

DirectX 12 renderer runs for me on a GTX 770, so it would seem that we currently only use feature level 11_0.

That should be the latest master build with LLVM and DX12. Though most stuff is broken due to a certain merge.
