This game (as the most of the ps3 games) requires cellSpurs emu to function which is not yet ready. You can see (half-)playable games in respective subforums.

Basically: read the FAQ, and any cool looking and complicated games WONT work.

There is no direct guidance to running games, expect every game to not work and be happy when it does.
