For whatever reason it might be, when I start the game (leaving the main menu) my controller would start vibrating for two seconds or so then stops, that happens every two seconds or so.

I have a similar issue where the controller starts to vibrate continuously after the character creation screen. It's possibly because I'm playing via an XInput device: I've had this issue both when using an 8BitDo Pro 2 controller (set to XInput) or a Switch Pro controller (via DS4Windows). It appears to be the large motor that rumbles in this way: Setting the vibration of the large motor to 0% in the controller configuration screen alleviates the issue, which while not idea, can be used as a workaround of sorts.

Incidentally, I've also run into a similar issue when playing Lord of the Rings: War of the North.
