Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare [BLES00148]

This is now playable on my machine with no glitching, other than I noticed a slight pause or stutter, occasionally during cut scenes.
I'm even able to boost the resolution to 200% with out a hitch.
The only thing I had to enable was under GPU -> Multithreaded RSX = On .
