must see ps3 SPU EMULATION

Lets see what DH decides since he is the only one working on the emu right now.

DH did a lot of work, but lets not forget about new committer rcxrdx, he helped with rpcs3 quite a lot, he is in the team probably 2 months, and sends commits quite often (1 per 8-12 days is fast in early stages of developement), if i got the skill to help with this emu, i would, but im just a beginner at programing (im still learning C++)
