The games you mentioned work fine, if you can't get them to work then ask for support with it instead of claiming they're not Playable.
If you can play MK9 just fine, then make a Playable Report for it. If one never gets made, the game will never be moved.

Not to sound argumentative but those videos do not show the fps from the watched. I did take the time to go through the forums and follow all steps for each of those individual games. I shall do this again, however I shall repeat myself in stating

60fps is a basic requirement for playing any fighting game.. If the game fails to be emulated at this rate the. It should not be labeled as playable. That is just my opinion. Even the one guy testing. Hack admits it runs at barely 40fps. 


Fighting games need to have stricter guidelines due to the nature of the genre. That was my main point. Mk9 runs above 60 fps with non game breaking glitches. 
I will make a report when I get the chance and figure out how 
I have downloaded the newest version of rpcs3, which these youtubers often fail to do and will reexplore these games.
