How well can this Laptop run RPCS3 and what sort of specs affect RPCS3 the most?

That laptop doesn't have a dedicated GPU, so it's not a good choice for RPCS3. Minimum is an AMD or NVIDIA card with Vulkan support.

I think it has a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 GPU 4GB thats a dedicated one right?
