The recent PR from Pi_Rho_Man / Flash-Fire allowed this to go ingame.
You must use PPU Interpreter or you will recieve the following error:
F {PPU[0x1000005] Thread (UnityMain) [0x00d6fef8]} class std::runtime_error thrown: Unregistered PPU function
Works with OpenGL and Vulkan and doesn't need any specific GPU settings
After a minute or two the game freezes with:
F {PPU[0x100000f] Thread (_UNITY_) [0x00082f30]} MEM: Access violation reading location 0x8023fd20
