Regression: Ingame

Graphics all glitched up, all the way from the menus to the game. Tried strict rendering, PPU Interpreter, Load liblv2.sprx only and OpenGL Rendering without any noticeable improvements.

CPU: Intel i7 7700 @ 3.6 GHz - 8 threads
RAM: 24GB DDR4 2400MHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 FTW 8GB Overclocked
Vulkan
LLVM Recompiler
ASMJIT Recompiler
Automatically load required libraries
Resolution Scale 300% to 4K (Recorded video downscaled to 1080p)
