James Bond 007: Blood Stone [BLUS30289]

To anyone that's still stuck, I've managed to pass the freeze point at the beginning of chapter 2 (BLUS30289) by switching the SPU Decoder to Interpreter (Dynamic) (if that doesn't work, also try switching the PPU Decoder to Interpreter (static)). It will slow the game down, but with patience you can play until the next checkpoint, then restart and continue with the original settings. I've now passed that point and can continue the game without any issues.
