Your CPU is below recommended requirements so low performance on it does not invalidate the current status

As for the graphical issues, someone needs to check with Read/Write Color/Buffers settings, Strict Rendering Mode, or other settings that can affect that.

Your Windows is also very outdated and your GPU drivers as well.
