Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell HD [NPEB00527]

I am trying my best to play this game on the latest version of the emulator (0.0.20-13165-0d1c0e72 Alpha) and everything works fine but no matter what I do the "OPSAT" bug persists. 
I tried :
-reinstalling
-with and without a 1.01 patch
-Delete Config.ixx ==> [\dev_hdd0\game\NPEB00527\USRDIR\Data_SC\Save\Default\] on each version.
-Deleting every file in Default individually and together.
-Deleting save files.
Absolutely nothing works. Can anybody help me with this?
