Yeah, it literally says "Decrypt the SELF". Guess what the next step is?

No, but you could give some advice. I saw this http://www.emunewz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=163024 but it is for EDAT, i don't have a clue what i need to do with SELF files!
To decrypt self/sprx manually you need to use "scetool".

Is anyone else having problems with opening the OPSAT? I just started the game and everything seems to run fine. The only problem I have is that pressing Select does nothing so I can't access notes, data files etc.. Though I'm not sure if this is a problem with RPCS3 but rather with the game itself.

EDIT: Managed to fix this problem by using V1.01 of the game and deleting the config.ixx file in USRDIR\Data_SC\Save\Default

thank you for this, i also had this problem but for me it was not enough to remove the config.ixx file only, i had  to delete everything in USRDIR\Data_SC\Save folder to make it work.
