Crashing frequently since about a month maybe, with error below. I've updated to latest graphics driver and also latest rpcs3:E SYS: 'sys_fs_open' failed with 0x80010006 : CELL_ENOENT, “/dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/Common/res/1_2_2/armor/diamond_2MipMapLevel2.png” [1]

I've also upgraded vulkan runtime manually as I noticed it is a higher version than the one shipped with latest nvidia drivers. It is now version 1.2.189.2
