Gran Turismo 5: Academy Edition [BCES00569]

Game still isn't booting. Launches fine but then goes into a black screen and locks. Tried using all the settings from the BCUS thread but nothing was working. Looking at the performance overlay the "Guest utilization" drops to 0 straight after the window opens and never picks back up. I had it booting on an older build and older hardware only for it to crash in the first licence test but I cant remember what settings I was running. Hardware is a 5800x/32gb RAM & RX580 8gb.
