[Help] Can't start get to menu in KH 1.5

I'm not tech savvy but I'll try.

Intel® Core™ i5-1035G1 CPU 1.00GHz 1.9GHz and 8.00 GB RAM

Would I be correct in assuming you're using a laptop? I'm not the most Tech Savvy person either, especially when it comes to Intel, I can spot AMD products pretty well, not much experience with the rest.

If this is a laptop, does it have an onboard video card, or just the intergraded chip? if you aren't sure just throw the model of the laptop I can find out for you .

Let me know if updating helped at all, a new update came out today as well, puts us on 10749 atm, yours at the time of the log was 10742.
