First level loads and plays fine for me with both Vulkan and OpenGL.
Cutscenes don't work though. Using OpenGL I get a completely black screen with only audio, while using Vulkan, I get a bunch of scrolling corrupted lines with audio.

Tinkering with settings does not help with cutscenes.

Specs:
i7 9700K @ Stock
2080 Ti
32 GB RAM
