That cutscene issue only appears during a few cutscenes with that demon guy, it was moved to playable regardless due to the serious issues with the game being fixed. It's not quite perfect yet.

For the background issues, our tester didn't notice them but you can try enabling write color buffers, and if that doesn't fix it you can try force cpu blit.
