Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown [NPUB30625]

Playing the game in windowed mode close to 2140p and it runs fine in Vulkan though I have to enable the fps limiter or else the game goes too fast.

My only issues so far:
- Akira's last stage has slow speed in Arcade mode. I've got 45fps average.
- Same for Eileen's Ruins stage. Moreover, the level of the sand is higher than normal as you can see below:
