Are those specs fine for a good emulation?

Lol, i guess that it would be better to buy a ps3 instead, since they arent so expensive now (Around 60€ to 80€) and the games on second hand arent so expensive either, or you can put any cfw in case.

Hello, ah is that the case is fine, i have also a Pc like this, i get it second hand and very cheap, a office pc for 140€ or so with keyboard and mouse, and also get a cheap gt 1030 for it so it cost me around 200€ or so and it can emulate ps2 or dreamcast to 2k, even run cemu to fullspeed. i think it was good performance for be a low spec pc .
