Are those specs fine for a good emulation?

Lol, i guess that it would be better to buy a ps3 instead, since they arent so expensive now (Around 60€ to 80€) and the games on second hand arent so expensive either, or you can put any cfw in case.

I know that now are quite cheap, but I will use this PC with other games and emulators
